delivery windows:
Rentals will be dropped off by 8am on the delivery date and will be picked up at 5pm on the date your rental is due back.

*note that due to differing volume of deliveries each day, we have scheduled windows of 5am - 8am for drop offs and 5pm - 8pm for pick ups. Your rentals will be delivered by 8am the latest on your scheduled delivery day and should be ready to be picked up at the same location by 5pm on the day your rental ends.

delivery process:
We offer convenient no contact delivery. We'll drop off and text a picture to confirm drop off and we will send you a confirmation text after pick up of your rental items.
delivery pricing:
for orders under $100, there will be a flat
$15 delivery fee.
*this fee will be charged separately after booking to the same credit card used for your booking.
