wHY CAN'T I FIND THE DELIVERY OPTION WHILE BOOKING?

The delivery option will prompt during the checkout process after you add in your personal information. Delivery address and instructions are the last piece of information you will enter before payment and confirmation of your order.

What do you consider a "day" for rentals

A rental day is 8am to 5pm.

 

In other words, a 1 day rental starts at 8am and ends at 5pm that same day. A 7 day rental example would start at 8am on Sunday (the 1st day) and end at 5pm on Saturday (the 7th day).

For delivery, all orders will be dropped off to you no later than 8am on your rental start date and should be ready for pick-up by 5pm on your rental end date.

what is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date for a full refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

What if the check-in time at my hotel or AirBNB is not until 3pm?

We recommend contacting the host and seeing if it would be OK to have bikes delivered prior to 8am on the day of check-in before choosing your rental start date. If this is not possible, simply choose the day after your check-in for the start of your rental, or reach out to us to arrange an alternate drop-off time. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee drop off outside of our normal delivery windows.

How does contact-less delivery work?

We will drop off your order at the location you choose and send a confirmation picture via text once delivered. For more information on delivery, visit the "Delivery" tab.

What time will my rentals be delivered and picked up?

Orders will be delivered by 8am the day of your reservation (5am-8am window) and must be ready for pickup by 5pm the day they are due.

I don't see my town in the delivery radius. Will you deliver to me?

Contact us if you don’t see your town listed. We will always try to accommodate all customers whenever we can, and are evaluating where to expand in the future based on your feedback!

What if my rental items get lost or stolen?

You are responsible for maintaining and securing all property. We provide locks for all bicycles, and beach equipment should be properly secured while not in use.

Are you open year-round?

Our store front will only be open from April through October, but call/text or email us to set up a delivery or pickup any time, we will always try to accommodate all customer order requests year-round.

What if my order is under $100? Will you deliver and pick up?

Yes! For a flat fee of $15.

Can I rent for longer than a month?

If you would like to rent a product or products for more than a month, contact us and we can give you a quote!

Do you offer bulk discounts for large groups?

Yes! Call/text or email us to discuss details and pricing based on the size of your group.
